    you want to come in for a facial every month and build a real relationship with your skincare team — with member pricing waiting whenever you add a treatment.

    you want comprehensive care across facials, devices, injectables, and wellness, a flexible treatment budget built in, and a physician's eyes on your plan all year. It's the tier most of our most engaged patients choose.

How Membership Works

  • Enroll online or in-clinic. Choose your tier and sign your membership agreement. We charge your first month at enrollment.

  • Your credit arrives each month. On your billing date, your credit lands in your account — banked credit is there whenever you're ready, and your facial is yours to book when it works for you.

  • Member pricing applies automatically. Booking a treatment? Your member pricing applies at checkout — no codes, no manual entry.

  • Cancel anytime after your minimum. Access is month-to-month from the start. Essential and Plus ask for six months up front — after that, 30 days' notice and you're done.

When my husband Tory and I built Aleris, we wanted a practice where I could actually know my patients — not just review a chart before a twelve-minute visit. Memberships make that possible. The monthly cadence means I'm seeing how your skin evolves, what's working, what isn't, and what to adjust before things get out of hand.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each month, on your billing date, a credit lands in your account good for one signature facial — Signature Custom Facial or HydraFacial Deluxe, your choice each month. You can book it any time during the next 60 days. After 60 days, the credit expires. So if you skip a month, you have a small grace window — but credits don't accumulate indefinitely.

  • Credits roll forward up to 60 days (Essential) or 90 days (Plus), so a busy month or a vacation is fine. If you're going to be unavailable longer, you can pause your membership for up to 60 days per year — no charges during the pause, and your existing credits stop expiring while you're paused.

  • Upgrade anytime. Your six-month commitment clock continues, but you start receiving the higher tier benefits immediately.

  • Access is month-to-month with no minimum. Essential and Plus include a six-month commitment up front; after that, 30 days' notice.

  • Membership covers aesthetic care. Our medical services — weight, metabolic, and hormone care — are billed separately and aren't part of membership.
