Most three-treatment packages are completed over three to six months, depending on the treatment and how your skin responds. We map the spacing at your first visit.

Talk to us. We'll credit unused treatments toward a different package. We'd rather adjust the plan than have you finish something that isn't working.

Yes. If you haven't started, we'll refund you in full. If you've started and want to stop, we refund what you paid minus the treatments you've already received, charged at our regular single-treatment price — so you only give up the package rate on the sessions you used, never money for treatments you didn't get.
If a medical reason means you can't continue, we refund the unused portion in full with no adjustment.
There's no expiration on a package and no fee to cancel one.
